1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at https://adonix.tech/suchana, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are signing up on behalf of a business (e.g., a preschool or coaching center), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Suchana AI provides WhatsApp automation services using the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (API). We provide tools for automated fee reminders, notifications, and customer engagement.

3. Pricing and Meta API Costs (Critical)

Subscription Fees

You agree to pay the fees associated with the plan you select during signup.

Variable Pricing Clause

Suchana AI's pricing is partially dependent on the costs levied by Meta (Facebook) for WhatsApp Business API conversations.

Cost Adjustments

You acknowledge and agree that Suchana AI reserves the right to adjust its pricing or conversation rates at any time, with 15 days' notice, based on changes to Meta's official API pricing structure or currency exchange rate fluctuations.

Billing

Failure to maintain a positive balance or pay subscription fees may result in the immediate suspension of your WhatsApp automation services.

4. Meta Policy Compliance

  • You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Solution Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
  • You are prohibited from sending "Spam" or unsolicited messages.
  • If Meta bans your phone number or account due to policy violations or high "Block" rates from parents/customers, Suchana AI is not liable for any loss of service or data.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from recipients (Opt-in) before sending them messages.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at https://adonix.tech/suchana.

6. Service Availability and "Force Majeure"

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Suchana AI is built on third-party infrastructure (including Oracle Cloud and Meta APIs). We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by outages at Meta, cloud providers, or changes in international telecommunication regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, dashboard, and automation logic found at https://adonix.tech/suchana remain the exclusive property of Adonix.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adonix/Suchana AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business or revenue) arising from the use or inability to use our automation tools.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
